Thameswey was set up in 1999 to further Woking Borough Council’s energy and environmental objectives and to enable other local authorities, private companies and social enterprises to participate in schemes which provide energy efficiency and reduce their environmental impact.
ThamesWey was presented as a leader in delivery of community energy in the UK at an event recently hosted by the Danish Embassy.
ThamesWey has been invited by Milton Keynes Council to join a cross-sector partnership of organisations focusing on a range of initiatives relating to planning for a low carbon future in Milton Keynes. Continue reading

From 8th May 2013, C-Plan went live across local planning authorities in Yorkshire and Humberside. In a phased roll out, it will begin with 6 local planning authorities including Sheffield, Wakefield, Doncaster, Scarborough, Hambleton and Richmondshire in the first tranche of the roll out.
