As a private landlord with around 1,400 properties – from town-centre studio apartments to more rural five-bedroom family homes – we provide high-quality, safe and professionally managed homes for residents across Woking, Surrey and Hampshire.

Affordable Housing
Our area is a great place to live, but its popularity has pushed the cost of accommodation beyond the reach of many – from young families and key workers to those whose income limits their ability to secure a stable home. There is a clear gap between what the local authority can provide and what the open market offers. ThamesWey helps to bridge that gap and operates a number of homes at below market rent, with priority given to local people and keyworkers.
