ThamesWey has started building another four, family sized affordable homes for Woking Borough Council. This is the third development of homes which ThamesWey is delivering on behalf of the Council’s Housing Revenue Account.
ThamesWey is working with Endeavour Construction to deliver these four affordable homes which upon completion the Council will rent out to eligible tenants. Across the four homes, 8 swift bricks will be incorporated in support of the Swifts in Woking project.
The start of the new year has seen the roof, windows and plastering within the properties completed. The kitchens in each of the new homes are due to be fitted in the coming weeks.
