Woking’s newest office building is to be connected to Thameswey’s district heating and cooling networks. Victoria Gate is undergoing extensive refurbishment and enlargement with the addition of a floor and roof terrace to create a major new landmark building.
During 2017 Thameswey will be extending its district heating, cooling and private wire networks to supply the building with all its energy demands. The work, which is due to start in January, is expected to take up to 4 months and the building is planned to be finished by September.
