January 7, 2015

2014 was a landmark year for Action Surrey with us helping over 1,000 homes across the county to install energy efficiency improvements since the Green Deal was launched in April 2013, as well as providing residents with helpful impartial energy advice from our team of advisors.  This has led to warmer, healthier homes and substantial energy bill savings (over £4.5 million ‘lifetime’ fuel bill savings across Surrey).  The year also marked the launch of the ‘Streets Ahead’ project, which through funding from the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC), is assisting Surrey residents living in non-cavity wall properties to insulate their homes.
